Be kind to yourself! Practicing some healthy coping skills and self care can go a long way. Here are some ideas on different activities you can use to practice wellness.

 

 

Mindfulness...to relax, reduce stress, calm down, etc.

 

More mindfulness.  Breathe...affirm...center...focus...
