Both the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and CA Dream Act (CADA) Application open today! Apply before the priority deadline of March 2nd, 2022 to receive the maximum amount of financial aid possible to apply for college. You only need to fill out ONE of these applications.
Need help figuring out which one is right for you?
- If you are a student that is a citizen of the United States, you would fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- You can find the application here: https://fafsa.ed.gov/
- Application opens: October 1
- Application deadline: March 2
- You need the following in order to fill out the application:
- Student Social Security Number, Parent Social Security Number, Parent 2020 Income
- If you are a student without proof of citizenship documentation that is living in the United States, you would fill out the Dream Act Application.

- Application opens: October 1
- Application deadline: March 2
- You need the following in order to fill out the application:
- Student Permanent Resident Card (if applicable), Parent Proof of Income (W2 or Income Verification).
