Per our conversation yesterday, we would like to move the Empowerment Fair from Friday, April 8th to Friday, April 1st. Could you please also include on the calendar that we will need the gym on Thursday, March 31st from 3:30pm-6:30pm to set up (per Mr. Hollaway there are no athletic conflicts on these dates).
In addition, could someone please inform the PE Department that the Gym will be occupied on Friday, April 1st?
